Feeling moderately better, but the idea of most food still turns my stomach. My stomach’s all grumbly…not as though it’s hungry, more as though it’s unsettled. Weird.
Twists and deep forward bends were not overly plausible last night, so I did a short practice of sun sals, standing and last three finishing poses. Better than nothing.
